Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in California. I received my Master's from California State University Fresno and have been practicing in the social work field for over 20 years.
I help my clients learn to put their thoughts and emotions into words and help them process their fear, anxiety, grief, depression joy, dysfunctional family stress, learning disabilities, crazy ideas and more. My goal is that they come away knowing they are seen, understood, and gently guided to know their own truth.
My greatest strength as a therapist is that I listen to the clients and meet my clients where they are. I am able to really connect with clients and help support them on their journey through therapy.
