I operate from an interpersonal perspective and integrate third-wave cognitive behavioral approaches (e.g., DBT and ACT) as needed. I work with clients to recognize and understand unhealthy patterns, develop adaptive skills, and adopt healthier frameworks. I value multiculturalism and welcome working with people from diverse backgrounds and identities.
