In today's challenging world, the experience of being stressed and overwhelmed is all too familiar. Whether your difficulties are related to relationships, work, parenting challenges, finances, or physical/medical challenges (among others), therapy can provide a place to share your current struggles and work through past difficulties. I offer support and validation, as well as a gentle push when necessary, in order to help you gain better control of your life and emotions.
I have extensive experience working with clients with ADHD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, codependency, relationship difficulties, divorce, workplace challenges, life transitions, grief, chronic illness, infertility, among others. I tailor treatment to the needs of each individual in order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of therapy.
In addition to therapy, I provide adult diagnostic assessments for ADHD, autism, and related conditions. I completed a formal, 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology. This additional training allows me to address patient concerns from an emotional and neuropsychological (i.e., brain-based) perspective.
