I am a identity- and lifestyle-affirming therapist who enjoys partnering with individuals or couples on a variety of issues including dating and relationships, anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, and day-to-day experiences. I welcome individuals of all identities and abilities into the room. My goals are to help clients live a life they want and to help enable change, growth, and joy. As a sex therapist, I also work with clients experiencing complex sexual thoughts, experiences, or pain.
My approach centers on your strengths and rights to self-determination and self-expression, while acknowledging the importance and difficulty of change. I utilize CBT, DBT, feminist, systems, and narrative therapies. Sex therapy can involve these modalities in addition to discussing sexual functioning, desires, issues, and conflict.
