I have worked with individuals, couples and families seeking counseling for over 21 years. I was fortunate to help many people who wanted to understand the cause and work on a solution to their problems. My counseling style encompasses a variety of theories and practice. I am specifically trained to work with people who have trauma related issues, Women's issues, career issues, phase of life issues, marriage and family issues, couples communication and EMDR. Disability related issues including physical, mental and emotional disabilities are also specialties of mine. Most recently this has included experiential therapy.
I offer a range of therapeutic options, including traditional face-to-face sessions for individuals and couples, as well as Telehealth and farm-based therapy incorporating Equine Assisted Therapy and Equine Assisted Activities.
