I empower adults to overcome personal obstacles so their overall health and well-being improve. My experience includes working as a clinician, group facilitator, and administrator with children, adults, and families encountering significant and often debilitating behavioral health struggles. I work with a lot of individuals suffering from trauma, mood disorders, as well as developmental disabilities.
I have extensive training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). My therapeutic approach is to meet people where they are in the moment, that way individuals can feel comfortable and gain trust. I know how difficult it can be opening up to a stranger about personal struggles.
I am here to help you move forward in your life journey. Please reach out to me with any questions, even if you're hesitant. My aim is to help you realize and display your inner strength and goals. I have hope for you even if right now you don't have hope in yourself.
