With five years experience as a mental health professional focusing on children and young adults, I can help your family, and your child, navigate life’s challenges. I would like to give you the support to reduce the stress and increase the joy in your life, and to have more satisfying, healthy relationships. No matter what is going on, I am here to be open and nonjudgmental.
I take a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning you and your goals are my focus! With individual and family counseling for children, adolescents, and adults, I take a collaborative approach to psychotherapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and trauma informed care. I also work with those on the Neurodiverse spectrum (ASD, ADHD)
