I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about supporting individuals who wish to overcome hardships and make meaningful progress. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and contemplative environment for clients to explore and heal. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling to manage the stress of daily life and those experiencing challenges stemming from trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. I have specialized training in Sandplay and EMDR therapies.
I utilize an integrative, evidence-based, and individualized approach to treatment and incorporate Sandplay Therapy and EMDR in sessions to help clients achieve insight and find relief from trauma memories. I also believe that all clients bring their own unique and essential skills to the therapeutic process.
I will work with you to support the processing of and healing from past suffering, to identify restorative coping strategies, and to achieve personal expansion. Asking for help isn’t always easy.
