In the various seasons of struggle that life brings our way, therapy can be a space for reflection, healing, and growth. At varying points in our lives, we all can benefit from the support and resources for growth accessed in the deepening of self-understanding found through therapy.
As a systemic therapist, my approach takes seriously the contexts of our lives, how each of us, our struggles and our joys, are formed and shaped in relationship with our environment, communities, and those closest to us. I aim to build an authentic connection with my clients as the safety and trust forged will be the foundation of our work together.
My therapeutic style is grounded in care for the whole person, warmth, and an emphasis on the strengths and wisdom you bring from your lived experience.
