My style of counseling is particularly effective for highly sensitive children, deep thinkers, and perfectionists. I view mental health through a holistic lens, incorporating aspects like nutrition, sleep, the nervous system, and connections. Establishing safety and connection with you and your child is a privilege, and I deeply honor the trust placed in me to be part of their healing journey.
I specialize in play therapy for ages 2.5 to 12. I allow the child to lead the play and make choices throughout the session. I model breath-work and mindfulness techniques in every session. I believe a child speaks best through their non-directed play. My role is to guide your child through their worries and back to their greatest gifts.
Your child did not come with a manual, you are not a lousy parent, and your child is not bad! This process will bring you more clarity, peace, and connection. I will listen to, support, and guide you; you are an integral piece of this work.
