I am a licensed clinician with a passion for helping young adults achieve happiness and success. I fully believe that, regardless of circumstances, with the right tools and support anyone can reach their goals. I have identified a skill set targeted specifically towards managing the time of transition from adolescence to young adulthood and beyond in order to gain back self confidence and a sense of purpose.
I have helped clients manage intense emotions, improve upon self-worth, create a sense of purpose, implement boundaries, and step away from the guilt and worry that so often consumes us.
