Most of the women I work with were raised with an emotionally immature parent or sibling and/or have internalized critical messages from religious institutions. While the stories vary, the themes that come up for them are similar. If any of these themes resonate with you, we may be a good fit: You are kind to others but speak critically to yourself. You feel responsible for the emotional well-being of those around you. You struggle to uphold boundaries and to prioritize your needs. You’re convinced you’ll never be able to shake the feeling of "not enough."
I know it doesn’t feel like it, but change really is possible; I have over a decade of success of helping women make positive transformations in their lives. Through our work together you’ll cultivate boundaries without feeling guilty, create a life you love, and you’ll finally believe what you were meant to know all along: you’re worthy EXACTLY as you are.
