I offer a safe and non judgmental space for you to share what you’re going through and what you’ve been through. My theoretical lens combines Attachment based and Somatic theories. We can work together to build skills with CBT/DBT, use EMDR when appropriate & utilize self-compassion to foster a supportive relationship with yourself.
