Are you ready to begin or continue your therapeutic journey and engage consistently in the work? Clients I work best are experiencing worry, sadness, emotional discomfort and are open to explore additional ways to express, soothe, calm, and understand what is coming up for them. Clients who are wanting to begin how they can integrate their mind, body, emotional, and (if applicable) spiritual experiences. Clients who are finding themselves in a stage of transition and change needing to manage and soothe.
As a dance/movement therapist and counselor I will bring the perspective of the mind, emotional, body, and spiritual experiences to the space. I will draw from dance/movement therapy, mindful self compassion work to do so. We don't experience worry, fear, longing, and sadness only in our minds or bodies, we experience it throughout our whole selves.
