I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe space where they can openly share their story, regardless of their various identities, background, or personal experiences. Healing is not linear; healing can be slow, stressful, and confusing. Sometimes we aren't quite sure where to start. My intention is to meet you with empathy and nonjudgmental care.
I commonly support clients with processing and understanding why they think, feel, and do what they do, and identifying what is actually important to them vs. what their automatic or learned habits/patterns may be. Additionally, I regularly acknowledge how our lived experiences, socialization, and greater systems may impact our mental health.
