I am a licensed clinical psychologist, and I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in providing evidence-based treatments for the full spectrum of anxiety disorders, including OCD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and specific phobias. I also provide treatment for depression and offer parent coaching to address child anxiety and OCD. I enjoy utilizing my background in cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy to tailor treatment to each client's unique situation, developmental level, and treatment goals.
I have trained with experts in anxiety and depression research and treatment through my graduate training at Rutgers University and my postdoctoral training at the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
