As a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 15 years, I have had the privilege of joining with many clients to come to a place of acceptance, healing and wholeness. My priority is first and foremost establishing a safe place to be vulnerable and seek to listen and understand your struggle. I treat the whole person and explore mind body connection. I am a trauma informed therapist who was trained in EMDR and now uses a similar approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help build compassion and see and soothe parts of ourselves that may be stuck in trauma that have led to such things as depression, anxiety and PTSD.
