I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. The majority of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma and ADHD, amongst other issues. I also work with children ages 5 and up on a variety of issues, and provide psycho-education to parents. I provide a safe space for all, and believe that everyone can benefit from a listening ear.
I have worked at every level of care, from inpatient to outpatient, adults and adolescents, mental health and addiction. I have experience working with military personnel, those in recovery, and children as young as 5 years old. I utilize a person centered and client driven therapeutic approach with CBT/DBT incorporated to best aid my client’s progress.
I grew up in Connecticut, enjoy spending time with family and being outdoors. I am currently working towards having my dog trained as a therapy dog to work with clients in all settings.
