Hi, my name is Caroline! I focus on working with women, those with anxiety, and LGBTQ+ people. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed I liked to focus on helping you find goals and a treatment that really works to get your feeling peace again. Finding the right therapist can be difficult, I strive to make sure I can provide a comfortable, warm, and trusting environment to cultivate change.
I do my best to be real with my clients and create a treatment that we can work on together. I focus on being completely client centered in my approach, however, I focus on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. We will work together to find what really works for you!
