In the process of discovering your true self you will learn how certain emotions, behaviors and beliefs have affected your life and your relationships and you will become empowered to make important changes. My style is warm, and non-judgmental at the same time I am direct and confrontive.

I work with individuals struggling with depression/anxiety disorders, relationship issues, work issues, and family issues. I have special interest in couple's therapy, which often includes sex therapy.
