I offer a few modalities in my work with clients and tailor to their needs. Based on my education, I am trained in Jungian theory, so it is seemlessly included in our therapeutic work. I also utilize somatics and include other modalities, like Internal Family Systems and attachment theory. I am under the expert supervision of Estela Bobadilla at Alba Center.
