I have over nine years of experience providing therapy for a variety of issues. When clients begin therapy, many of them are searching for a space to fully express themselves and to process their struggles. Many are looking for a safe person to confide in without feeling judged. How can I help? I especially enjoy working with those who have experienced trauma and empowering them in the healing process. I believe in the healing power of being listened to and fully accepted. Other areas of experience include family crisis and conflict, addiction recovery, grief and loss, and anxiety and depression.
