I am a Certified Jungian Analyst. I believe that life without connections is a life without meaning. Connection to others, but most significant connection to our deeper Selves, bring meaning and wholeness to our lives. Sometimes we may feel lonely, unseen, and "stuck." Depth psychology can be a vehicle to help you discover and bring healing to those parts of yourself that have been injured and/or ignored. In my work as a psychotherapist and Jungian analyst, I like to include dreams, sandplay, and other ways to access the unconscious mind. I also work with psychedelic integration.
I specialize in diversity and intergenerational effects of immigration, and trauma. I have worked for the past 20 years with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, survivors of sexual abuse, life transitions, and other life challenges. I work with couples and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and gender identities.
