I work remotely as an IFS practitioner and coach with adult indivuduals who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, life changes, self-esteem issues, and many types of trauma. I am a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner (L2), a Life Coach trained in Presence-Based Coaching, hold a MA in Psychology. My coaching work is informed by mindfulness, spirituality, alternative healing medicines, somatic work, and the understanding of trauma.
