Hello! My name is Gracie Clements and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate for CCWA. My journey of healing through therapy began because I realized how much can happen in our lives before we have access to the tools we need. Many of us don't know how much the experiences in life have contributed to the weight we carry day in and day out. You may notice something is feeling “off” and be unsure exactly how to pinpoint it or unsure of how to take the first step. All experiences, the good, the bad, and the ugly, contribute to how we show up for ourselves and others and write the pages within our book of life.
Many of us suffer through anxieties, depression, pain and trauma from our experiences as well as the generations before us. I know that it can be daunting to try and sort through it all alone. Taking the first step towards therapy can feel like staring at a hurdle the size of a mountain!
