As a solution-focused, culturally sensitive therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and feedback to clients to help them resolve current problems, and work through life transitions and issues. Additionally, I have had extensive experience in the treatment of depression, panic disorder, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and loss & grief. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
Blending conventional approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. In this process, I help each client build on their own strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
