I believe that therapy can be a fun and positive experience. Together we can move forward quickly and confidently while leaving behind the things we no longer want. I help people pick their path, make a plan for how to get there, and develop a goal-oriented approach to creating a fulfilling and satisfying life. I empower them to move from point A to point B, teaching them the skills and giving them the resources they need to take control of their happiness.
My philosophy for human development trusts that when the Mind, Body, and Spirit are integrated, the person will make the appropriate choice from their presented alternatives. This integration is achieved through a combination of cognitive and experiential psychotherapy. Marriages and Relationships, Parenting, Abuse Issues, Co-dependency, Recovery and Spirituality.
I teach Parenting Skills Training/ presented seminars on self-esteem, understanding relationship choices and patterns, stress management, and improving self-awareness. My goal is to build a trusting and therapeutic relationship, so that individuals will be able to share their problems and to find the needed insight and relief.
