It is not always easy knowing the next step when you are anxious, depressed, or feel emotionally overwhelmed. Sometimes, doubt and mixed feelings keep us stuck when we want to move forward and feel well. I offer a caring, person-centered approach, seek to listen and understand, and believe clients deserve kindness, sensitivity, and compassion. I work with preteens, teenagers, individuals, couples, and families; integrating various therapies and practices, and teaching life skills to help clients with everyday challenges and transitions.
I have experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, relational issues, anger management, trauma, and life transitions. My history also includes working with individuals with special needs, and I understand the unique challenges faced by families with children on the autism spectrum.
In my spare time, my interests include enjoying time with family and pets, hiking, pickleball, music, and traveling. I am currently accepting new clients.
