Carol Teitelbaum, LMFT 20401. I offer a dynamic, integrated therapy approach tailored to each client's unique journey. Specializing in anxiety, trauma, and couples' issues. I support male survivors of childhood sexual abuse with a blend of CBT, mindfulness, EFT, Inner Child Work, and EMDR. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. Clients continually tell me they have shared information they have never told anyone, that they feel safe and heard. Compassion, non-judgmental, are terms I hear often. Men also like that they can trust me to confront them without feeling judged
I have been licensed since 1985. I love the field of Psychology and was reading Jung in middle school. I finished a year at the Jung Institute in Los Angeles, and continually attend workshops and conferences. I spent many years doing workshops with some of the best therapists at Pacifica Graduate Institute and was able to do small group classes with them.
Marion Woodman, Robert Johnson, Robert Bly, James Hillman, and Michael Meade, just a few. I have also done several trainings with John Bradshaw. I just finished the Evolution of Psychotherapy Conference which I have been attending since the 80's, I love to continue to learn and grow and in turn, impart what I learn to help clients grow.
