I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California and Arizona. I specialize in childhood trauma, family relationships, and life stressors. My approach is client-centered. I believe everyone has personal strengths they can use to overcome any obstacles. I will collaborate with you to identify those strengths and help guide you to live a fulfilling life. I have extensive experience working with adults who are working through their own childhood traumas. I use the humanistic approach of therapy to meet you where you are in life. I will not judge you, I will only support you and help lead you to live the life you want.
I have a long history of supporting others. I was encouraged by peers to seek a position in the helping profession. I love working with others and helping them through their personal traumas.
