Groups
Daring Way and Rising Strong Women's Groups
These groups are based on the work of Dr. Brene Brown and offer a space for women to tap into their own vulnerability, courage, self-worth and sense of agency. They are offered periodically throughout the year, along with groups based on Dr. Brown's book "The Gifts of Imperfection." If you are not familiar with Dr. Brown or her work, I would encourage you to go to https://brenebrown.com/. Explore her wide variety of videos, podcasts and writings. Feel free to call me if you believe that you might be interested in joining one of these groups.

Mind-Body Skills Groups
Mind-body skills are scientifically validated techniques that can teach you stress management techniques, improve personal coping skills, and enhance your capacity for relaxation, self-care and self-awareness. Techniques include meditation, guided imagery, mindful eating, biofeedback, autogenic training and the use of drawings, journals and movement to express thoughts and feelings. These groups will be offered periodically during the year. Please call for additional information.

Integrative Storytellling Groups
These groups are based on the work of Dr. Edward Rynearson's Restorative Retelling model in which I received training. The groups are a safe and grounding for those who have experienced traumatic or violent deaths (homicide, suicide, COVID-related, overdose, accidents, heart attacks or other sudden, unexpected deaths). Group participants work through a 10-session process to support them as they move through some of the challenging and traumatic aspects of these types of deaths along with others who have experienced similar losses. Groups will be offered at different times throughout the year. Please call for additional information.
