I am a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach, and utilize the Invitation to Change(ITC) model. I'm clinically educated with a master's degree in counseling. Through my training, I support your family in finding and increasing motivation for your loved one to make positive changes. Instead of yelling, threatening or avoiding, we use strategies and tools that invite your loved one into recovery. Supporting through Understanding, Awareness and Action are the focus.
With my expertise, I can help you see challenges in your blindspots so that you can prepare instead of react. As your Family Recovery Coach, and as a person with a lived experience, I can help your family learn how to communicate in a way that harvests change, nurtures connection and experience hope. When we work together, change does happen.
Unlike other coaching or therapy services, I understand the need for flexible hours. I offer evenings and weekends to make services more accessible. I know it can be overwhelming at times especially when you've "tried everything" to get your loved one to stop drinking or using drugs.
