As Clinical Director of the Family Counseling Center Association, I help clients learn how to value themselves and others. We help adults and children discover their strengths and release their inner potential which leads to the creation of stronger relationships and greater success in life.
Through the use of cognitive skills, you can change your life. Learning to understand yourself and those around you, enables you to make the changes you face. You can learn to listen to both your head and your heart and be in control of your life.
I bring a unique perspective to the counseling process. Understanding individuals from their own viewpoints enables me to better assist in the situations they face. Human interaction brings the greatest learning. I credit my 30 year marriage and my co-parenting of my two grown daughters as providing my greatest education.
