Some of us feel that we are on a precipice, while others just need a tune up. My focus is working with adolescents, adults, couples and families facing a variety of difficulties.
I have helped countless individuals, couples and families through challenging times. My focus has been on helping people through times of anxiety, depression, grief and loss in addition to communication in relationships. I graduated from the University of Michigan, and have been a practicing therapist for over 30 years.
