My experience training/counseling prisoners in the United States and Indonesia taught me how often we imprison ourselves with our own emotions.
Using Applied Existential Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Naikan, Morita, as well as somatic and psycho-spiritual techniques I help clients transform debilitating or limiting behaviors into healthy life practices that work for them.
