I can help anyone who is inspired to engage in self-exploration and insight-building in order to release what is old and not working and develop new habits that increase function and improve quality of life. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you to get where you would like to go.
I have spent over 15 years developing my clinical skills with a focus on mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma. I am trained in the use of EMDR for PTSD and have added the use of astrological psychology for those who may be interested in a different perspective on their lives.
Clients have told me they appreciate my authenticity as well as the fact that I enjoy being a companion on your journey rather than an "expert" behind a desk. I value my clients for what they give me in return and enjoy the important work of self-examination. I have personal experience with depression and anxiety that allows for a unique perspective and empathy found only with a fellow survivor.
