My name is Carol Grisham LMFT. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (often referred to as Talk Therapy) and other modalities such as psychodynamic therapy in my therapeutic approach to enable clients to better understand their processes. The goal is to help them feel more empowered and better able to cope with life's challenges. Clients seek to understand themselves better and desire to have a greater awareness of what is working for them and what is not. I work with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, family conflict, and increasing coping skills.
