I've been a therapist for over 25 years, and provide a compassionate environment in which we explore your struggles. I am very interactive and flexible, and often focus on helping you get in touch with your inner feelings and build self esteem. Our goal is to help you feel good enough to exit therapy and lead the life you want. Most issues, including anxiety and depression, are very treatable. I have always considered therapy a partnership in which we work together.
In addition to working with individuals, I have special training in working with couples (The Gottmann technique). We work to crystallize your difficulties, facilitate good communication and clarify issues. I love my work, and hope you will find therapy an enjoyable and enlightening experience.
