I provide therapeutic interventions with both children and adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, and issues of loss, and grief. I am also trained to assess and treat both children and adults with high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorders. In addition, I am able to administer and interpret cognitive and psychological assessment instruments.
I provide a warm and caring environment where each individual will feel comfortable throughout each therapeutic session. I specialize in cognitive/behavioral therapeutic interventions, which has been proven to be effective for irrational thoughts that create depression, anxiety, and dysfunctional thoughts, and behavioral patterns.
Each of my individuals, families, and or couples will feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout each session.
