I am a LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision) licensed in the state of Ohio. I have over 30 years clinical experience in both medical and mental health with a focus on therapy and crisis management. I have worked with PTSD, TBI, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Depression and Anxiety Disorders. I use Reality, Supportive, and Cognitive Behavioral based therapies to assist my clients with the issues they are struggling with. My approach is open and non-judgmental.
I help clients identify specific problems and work together with each client to help lesson or resolve symptoms that are negatively impacting their lives, I provide tools to assist with coping skills and stress management. We are all effected by increased stress in today's society.
