Moreover, I practice an egalitarian approach; meaning you will be respected as an equal partner in our work together. My specialties include (but are not limited to) anxiety, career issues, mild/moderate depression, bereavement/grief, existential crises, phobias, multicultural concerns, mild to moderate OCD, PTSD, relationship issues, sexual abuse (experienced in childhood/adult survivors), along with individual identity and/or sexual orientation concerns.

Going beyond talk therapy, I may take a more interactive approach for trauma-related conditions such as Anxiety, Bereavement, Career issues, Acute Grief, PTSD, and Adults with Childhood-Related Sexual Abuse. I utilize EMDR along with cognitive restructuring, meditation, and REBT, all of which can empower you on your journey to health and healing.
