My approach is supportive and gentle. I am good at educating to help you understand how you arrived at this place, and I offer tools to guide you toward where you want to go. I have a special focus on helping clients deal with abuse trauma, sexual problems, and relationship issues. I am trained in EMDR and integrate somatic experiences into our sessions.
