For the past eight years I have been working in hospice as a grief and loss counselor, working with patients and families on end of life issues, coping skills, and emotional support. Life has many changes from birth to death. Therapy can help you connect with your inner strengths and find ways to cope with the twisting turns this journey of life can bring.
I have also been a certified veterinary technician for over 23 years. With this experience I have learned that pet loss is a serious life event that often gets unrecognized and unsupported. I specialize in helping families and individuals cope with their pet's terminal diagnoses, to dealing with end of life issues and aftercare.
