She feels that, over time, we tend to forget that we are survivors; therefore, she uses these approaches to help you re-establish your internal strength and determination. Compassion and empathy are part of her approach, to gently foster movement in the areas where you could use a little help. She focuses on empowering her clients to make changes.
Carmen will also create an individualized beauty plan to help you find normalcy and boost self-esteem in what feels lost or out of your control.
