I have 14 years experience offering therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, both in English and Spanish. I offer services via telehealth or in-office, and have lunch-time and evening appointments available. I help clients undergoing difficult times in their lives who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, issues of identity, lifestyle issues, or issues involving parenting or being part of a couple, among others. As my client, I meet you where you are at and I aim to provide insights and guidance while at the same time honoring your autonomy and agency in determining your own life’s path.
I tailor my helping approaches based on your need, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Nutrition and Lifestyle, and various trauma-informed modalities. With couples and families, I work using a variety of approaches as well.
My approach is based on viewing my clients with empathy and compassion, as I hold a basic belief that humans are good and only seek to find a way out of their confusion and pain. Unfortunately, we often get stuck in unconscious patterns or ineffective modes of coping. My role is to help you find your roadblocks as you journey to become your best self.
