Trauma is the gateway to many of life’s struggles. Unfortunately, by the time most people begin to understand this correlation, their lives are in complete turmoil. My goal is to assist my clients in finding ways to acknowledge these life events and to implement healthy tools to coping with past trauma.
My clients, which include children, adults, and families are supported through this process through a trauma based therapeutic approach. The modalities that I use range from cognitive behavioral therapy to trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
