My name is Carly and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona. I received my Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies and Sociology from Arizona State University, a Master's in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University, and my Master's in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I primarily work with teens, adults, elder adults (65+), couples, and families who are struggling or are in need of additional support.
I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years mostly assisting people in crisis situations, and working with local police and fire departments responding to 911 calls involving mental health related issues. I have experience helping people with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, suicidal ideations, as well as grief and loss.
I know that life can be difficult and sometimes it is easy to lose hope when you do not have the proper tools and support. My goals as your counselor, are to help guide and support you in becoming the person you want and deserve to be and working together in resolving the issues that are holding you back from doing so.
