You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the path ahead, but deep down, you have a desire for positive change and a willingness to explore what is holding you back. I understand the pressures of life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious and disconnected from ourselves and others. That is why I provide a safe space for clients, where they can explore their inner landscape, cultivate self awareness, and develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges with grace and control.
I specialize in working with teens, adults, families in navigating anxiety, trauma, depression and relationship issues. I also work with women struggling with infertility, pregnancy and perinatal mental health concerns and transitions. I have a holistic approach of focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process between you and your therapist to develop your unique goals and needs. Drawing from a toolkit of evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, family systems and strength based approaches as well as a sprinkle of creativity, together we can untangle the knots that are holding you back.
