I'm here to help you find out how to step into underlying pain in a manageable way. Because you deserve to feel relief from this exhaustion. And you'll probably laugh along the way, since I can be sassy and life can be absurd.
Treating what's underneath is my method for improving mental wellness. I use somatic psychotherapy, art therapy, and The Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), a powerful trauma processing modality rooted in parts work. And while you don’t need a trauma history to receive CRM, many folks find that there may be underlying trauma driving a variety of symptoms.
Together we can go deeper than just learning coping skills. I welcome all questions in sessions so you can follow your curiosity and deepen your learning. Sessions are 60 minutes to offer more spaciousness. Let's aim to target the pain driving the behaviors you want to change; we can heal the wounds, not redirect the symptoms.
