Navigating through a neurotypical world can be exhausting, confusing, and frustrating, especially for neurodiverse individuals. If you’re here reading this, you’re most likely hoping to connect with a therapist who “gets it.” As a neurodivergent therapist, I get it. In my practice, I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. By using a person-centered approach to therapy, I help my clients connect with their inner selves and find the strength and courage to overcome their challenges.
I've worked with children and adults of all ages throughout my career and have a passion for working with individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, and those who are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
No matter what your reason is for seeking out therapy, when you are in my office you will always feel seen, heard, and loved. If you are looking for a therapist to meet you where you're at in your journey and support you through life's challenges, I would love to be that person for you.
